The Ricoh GW-1 wide converter was made for the GRD series, changing the 28mm FOV to 21mm. I've tried it years ago on an Oly 14-42II which also takes 37mm filters to find that the optical quality was quite good, and now I'm trying it on the 12-32, using the same 37mm filter mount, to see if it does a decent job converting 24mm into 18mm.

So far I've found that the sharpness in the image centre remains excellent, however micro-contrast could suffer due to glowing and fogging when dealing with lights coming from certain directions; sharpness towards the edges and extreme corners are weak, although it's still usable especially in video mode. zooming into the long end does show more imperfections so I would avoid using it that way. and with this converter on, the MFD is much much closer, at approximate 8cm to the front element, which enables making thin DOF wide shots however don't expect larger magnification. CA is totally tolerable, no visible distortions or vignetting other than the 12-32 itself's, AF is OK.

looks decent, I tried a Fujifilm 0.7x wide angle converter on it before. It starts vignetting below 14mm
