Playing around with shots from my E-M5 in LR3 and I went with a more muted color palette and brighter exposure on the shot overall. Opinions on the processing? This is 180 degrees from the way I normally process my shots so don't feel bad about telling me you don't like it ;-)

The slightly high key exposure works well and the pastel colours suit the subject; I like it.

However, I think you may have over-sharpened - the left side of the girl's face (as you look at her) in particular seems to have a cardboard cut-out look.

I tend to prefer a high-key look so the overall exposure looks good to me.

Has the look of an old photo - vintage 1960's. It works for me, nice!

    Sorry, not for me.

I would describe it as 'wishy-washy'....lacking oomph.

IMVHO, the child looks ill through lack of colour.

Just my 2p's worth, no offence meant.

Beautiful subject and well done photo but not my cup of tea. Too little contrast and too light for my tastes. Just my opinion.

I like it!has that vintage, faded look but more dynamic.I would, however crop out the overhead light. It is so blown out,at first,I thought it was a thought bubble.

skin tone on the face looks ok - skin tone on her left arm/left hand looks a little off to me.

Suggest cropping the lamp out...when it first saw the image (I was half asleep at the time) I thought the light was a thought-bubble.
