Congrats!!! Welcome to the M43 Olympus dark side. LOL

    The best photography of what?

The optimum settings (aperture, shutter speed, ISO) vary with the scene, the lighting, the desired DOF,...etc. In my E-M1 I use the four MySet positions to store settings for 4 different scenarios:

MySet 1: landscape, ISO 200, aperture priority, F8, single shot with 2 second timer...etc.
MySet 2: wildlife, ISO 800, aperture priority, F8, high speed with C-AF
MySet 3: birds, ISO 1600, aperture priority, F8, high speed with C-AF
MySet 4: HDR of still-life, ISO 200, aperture priority, F8, single shot with 2 second timer, HDR on with 5 shots...etc.

Those are only quick starting points. From those I change the ISO, aperture and other values as needed for the scene and the type of image I want to capture.
