ON a OM-D does anyone know

    what level of magnification is equivalent to 100% on screen? I know when I had both the D700 and D7000 it was 6 clicks of the 8 that gave an accurate equivalent of what one could expect to see on a screen at 100%. So far I've felt either 7x or 10x should be it. I don't think 14x is, but don't really know. Any ideas out there about the real story on this.

    Let's do a little gross, quick math with data from the manual.
    Viewfinder 1,440,000 pixels
    Monitor 610,000 dots (aspect ratio 3:2)
    4608×3456 image (aspect ratio 4:3) = 15,925,248 "pixels"

    Viewfinder magnification needed for 100%
    15,925,248 / 1,440,000 = 11.0592x

    Monitor magnification needed for 100%
    15,925,248 / 610,000 = 26.107x

    This will map one image pixel to one pixel on either the viewfinder or monitor.
