I could only work from the 1600 wide image on Flickr. If the original was larger and not just cropped you should be able to get a better result than this.

Looks better. How did you sharpen it?
Topaz Sharpen AI, using the Stabilise option and the automatic settings. (It didn't need stabilising, that is just an option that works really well.)
The AI does an amazing job.

I use topaz with my em-1x files it really can deliver well worth trying the free trial as it really does equal things out ,I did a test a9mkII a7r4 em-1x and it was very hard to tell any difference between them.
