I'm trying to do long interval, e.g., 15 mins, time lapses with my EM5. I get how to do time lapse and use an intervalometer (Vello wireless Shutterboss) to drive the process. However, the interval is so long, the camera goes to sleep. The max I can set the sleep time delay to is 5 minutes and the max the auto power off can be set to is 4 hours (mine is set to 30 minutes). The power off isn't the problem as my interval is way less than that.
I set my intervalometer and start it and it takes the first picture. From then on it just wakes the camera, but the shutter doesn't trip. I thought I'd get around it by setting the shock mode delay thinking the intervalometer would wake it and start the shock delay, but all it does is wake the camera.
Any bright ideas on how to pull off a long interval time lapse with the EM5?

perhaps sleep is disabled when the camera is powered by an external adapter rather than battery. I'm sure someone else can confirm.
