Hi new here, just had my em10 delivered. Great camera but lens fitting seems very tight, any one else had this problem?

Nah - it'll wear loose over time. I think mounts are machined by CNC, so I'd be very surprised if there's a manufacturing fault.

It happens with all brand. My 45/1.8 is a little tight, but the 17/1.8 and 40-150 are fine.
Just so long as you don't need to muscle it with to much force, you should be fine.

Mine felt a little tight with two lenses (25mm and 45mm), but not the other two. It has improved over time.

It's normal. My 45 and 17mm 1.8 are also very tight while the 40-150 is pretty easy to remove.

The first EM10 I got with the kit lens had the same problem. 45/1.8 was very tight but the Nocticron wasn't. I then replaced that with a body only EM10 as I wasn't happy with the kit lens.

This EM10 now is not as tight with 45/1.8.

I have had 5!! E-M10s.. All of them with a very tight lens mount (3 of them had some scratches, so returned them because of that).
I get a sore thumb after removing and placing a few lenses. All my lenses (except the 40-150) are tight: 45mm, 12mm, 9-18mm, 20mm (<-just a little less tight).
Love this camera but this is annoying (on my ep1/epl2 it was so easy to mount a lens) just got to live with it unfortunately..

My 12-32 and 14-42 EZ are OK, my 45 f/1.8 is very tight.
I almost feel like I can damage the lens as you have to force on the plastic finish to remove the lens.

The guy at the camera store (Roberts) warned my husband that the 45 was going to be very tight on the E-M10. He said it just seems to be that with all the 45 lenses.

Possibly cameras with kit lens are tight. That's been my experience with EM10

All mass produced items have tolerances..maybe your mount at min and lens base at max..simple as that...anyway when you use third party adapters they have serious diiferences..like someone said better tight than slack and light allowed to pass. I know this from experiance.
