I got it last Friday and am yet to use it properly and take it out on a real shoot but I couldn't get myself to do it. I just don't want to see it get used as it looks so darn beautiful. Also, this would probably be my last shoot with the G1 and 14-45mm as it'll go to a new owner soon. Kinda sad because this G1 has been terrific but I have to sell it and a lot of other stuff to fund the OM-D. Anyway, I hope the OM-D will only improve my micro four thirds experience .

    Equipment used:
    Panasonic G1 + 14-45mm + SB-28 (triggered with a Cactus V2) + A4 paper to diffuse

Great shots! I love my black OMD but the Silver is beautiful.

Don't let go of that 14-45 though! Thats a great lens. I still have mine from my GF1. I guess I'm just a lens collector though.

Thank you! I have to let go of the 14-45 though, I have way too many lenses. I acquired a 7-14mm couple of days ago and have 14, 20 and 45mm lenses. So, the 14-45 would be a redundant lens. The good part is that it's not too expensive so I won't have a problem getting it again if I miss it .

Thanks guys! The first shot was actually inspired by this photograph that I had seen on the Olympus Facebook Page:

We all have our preferences, don't we? I like black too, but somehow I thought it was a bit too plain for my taste. When I saw the silver at a store here, I was sold. And the fact that I have a silver Canon 350D might have had some role in my selection bias.
