OM-D preset for LR4.1 RC2

    Came across this on DPreview.. seems that this gent has done these presets for a while with good results

    I really like his presets. they are good starting points for sure. much better then whatever I was fooling around with, especially as a relative newb.

    I've looked at these before also. My main curiosity lies in the need for an 80 in the sharpening bar. Usually I keep it at the default 25, sometimes increasing it to around 40. Do you guys sharpen to this level?
     
  4. I find it a bit curious that they have included a default level of negative exposure compensation. Some of the later presets in that DPR thread even show exp. comps of greater than 1EV.

    I don't think that my E-M5 sharpening preset is anywhere near 80, but I did raise it above 25.

    I do similar to the OP with a slight difference. i sharpen to 70 but keep the radius at 1 and detail at 25, and depend on clarity to up the detail instead. he has his detail at 15 so i wonder if that counteracts the higher sharpening at 80.
