Hi all I have recently returned from a holiday in which my grandfather gave me a few lenses. Here are some pics with the OM 85mm f2 and my OM-D. This is beautiful lens and I have to admit one of my favourites right now. Hope you like them

When I first bought my EPL1, it came with a set of dirt-cheap, abused, but optically clear OM primes... they definitely have a distinct character.

I've recently thought of searching for an OM 21/2 and your 85/2... nice to see some great representative images

I also started by picking up a bunch of OM primes to go with an E-PL1 -
I just ordered as Vivitar 2X macro converter that will give them all macro capability. I love the look produced by these lenses. Great photos!

I could have brought home a 21/2 as well but felt it would not get much use with the PL 25 around. I did use it while I was there and it was a nice lens.

Nice shots - like the first one. This is one of my favourite lenses - it just seems to feel right, and probably as a consequence work right.

The 21/2 is reputedly a very a good lens, but a bit too expensive in terms of the native competition in that length.
