    Hi Everybody,

I don't know if this was already posted (I couldn't find it), but I want to share a little trick for the Pen Charger.

I really dislike carrying the long cord that comes with the charger, so I replaced it with the prong attachment that comes with the power adapter of my Macbook Pro (where I prefer to use the long cord). The iPad and old iPhone chargers also use this prong adapter. This gives me a very convenient setup to travel with the charger, and also less clutter in my camera bag.

    I hope this is useful.

Very clever! I have resorted to getting the aftermarket chargers with folding prongs for less than $10. If I had known about this I wouldn't bother with even that!

    Thanks for your messages.

BTW, my E-P3 came with the E-BL1 charger and battery, where I am reading everywhere that it comes with the new E-BL5. What did you get with your E-P3?

Very clever! I'll have to remember to use it. I got so annoyed with Olympus' charger that I bought a 3rd party one that had collapsible prongs.

For my E-P3, I got the BLS-1 battery. Actually I prefer that, because I still had a leftover 3rd party BLS-1 battery from my E-PL1. So now I can mix and match without worries!
