Here's a fun one. The E-M5 is really small! Even with the grips on!

    I think I will be using the FL-50 off-camera.

The flash really puts the size of the camera in perspective.

Man, I'd really like the grip. If it was even half the price I might be able to justify it. But with the cost of more lenses, and eventually I want to get the Olympus flash. I hope someone eventually makes a knock off grip, even if it's just the upper half.

I think this setup looks pretty sweet - the 300 F4L looks a little more unbalanced :) Still, that acts like a 600mm f/8 that focuses down to 1.5m on the E-M5, so I'm going to try it out and see how I like it (the 135 is, of course, a 'mere' 270mm f/4). Also have a 1.4x TC for the times I 'need' an 840mm f/11 or ~380mm f/5.6.

Manual focus on the E-M5, with magnification and the stabilized EVF, is frighteningly good, though not for action photography. Going to do some testing on some of my typical wildlife subjects (shorebirds) and see how it goes - may end up selling the 300 F4L and picking up one of the m43 long tele zooms for convenience.

Here goes... With the 17/2.8 and 25/1.4. Pictures taken with an E-P2 and the 12-50 kit lens. Still waiting for the grip and second battery. In the multi picture you can see the E-M5 next to a small SLR (Canon T70). E-M5 really is small. I'm also surprised by how small the 12-50 is. OK, it is long, but its diameter is exactly the size of the mount. Aperture aside, very fun lens.

I love all these pics & the effort it took to put them here. Thanks! PS- you will be waiting for that 2nd battery for a while I think. We all wait.
