Looks like magenta and yellow lighting mixed.

not just that, the purple-ish skin makes her look like she's been dead for some time

The skin tones don't look good on my monitor either...........sorry not trying to be negative just noting the image.

I think the in-camera 'Vivid' color setting might be partially to blame for poor skin tones. I can see a slight sharpness, clarity difference.

Mine arrives tomorrow and then I can contribute (once the battery is charged).

  12. I couldn't find a cat for my first photo, so I used Ziva. Oly 25 1.8 handheld at .4 seconds, f/1.8, ISO 200 SOOC jpg.

  13. Jasper, processed ORF in LR. I used the 300 f/4 with the 1.4 TC at f/5.6, 1/250, and ISO 1250.

Here's my first posted image. Still wrangling the menus and settings to my taste.

The image is not out-of-camera. I shot RAW and processed using my high-ISO workflow in Lightroom CC.

  19. A couple of my favorite moving targets. Overall, I need to work on some settings. Shutter speed was 1/250 (too slow). These were with CAF+Tracking and the 40-150 f/2.8 with MC-14. It was also 18° F, so I wasn't inclined to spent much time screwing around with settings.
