    History:
This is the Unit No. 408 of the limited 3000 units produced worldwide by Olympus (see attached proof on warranty card). Already discontinued so the new units left are the ones directly from Japan on eBay coating several hundred dollars more. Purchased a year ago, treated as a collector's item from day 1, all boxes and accessories intact in pristine packaging, lens used only a few times for not more than 100 shots. It's been sitting on the shelf for too long, so it's time to let it go.

    Limited Collectors Edition details:
Unlike the normal Olympus 12mm (only available in silver), this Special Limited Edition in black comes with original Olympus accessories that cannot be purchased independently from other sources like the Olympus LH-48 black hood ($75USD value), Olympus PRF-D46 PRO "Made in Japan" black-ring UV filter and filter case ($36USD value), Olympus metal black lens Cap LC-48 ($23USD value), Olympus LC-46 46mm front lens cap ($8USD), housed in 5 separate internal boxes inside the big box, all individually wrapped in rice paper, topped by another sheet of premium rice paper which gives the whole package a collector's item look. See attached photos.

    Official description:
The Olympus M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED AF 12mm f2.0 Limited Edition (Black) is compatible with the PEN series of interchangeable-lens digital cameras. It is a prime lens with a fixed focal length of 12mm. This high-speed, single-focal-length, wide-angle lens is ideal for shooting high-quality, dramatic landscapes and street scenes in low-light conditions. It has a beautiful full-metal body and a snap ring that enables photographers to pan focus with a distance indicator. The Movie-Still-Compatible (MSC) mechanism utilizes nearly "silent" focusing technology. It is great for tracking a moving child or pet, and provides a quick and silent focus mechanism for movies and still photography.

    Specifications:
    Closest Focusing Distance - 0.2m Maximum Image Magnification - 0.08x (0.16x in 35mm equivalent) Minimum Field Size - 162 x 216mm Number of Blades - 7 (Circular Aperture Diaphragm) Maximum Aperture - f2.0 Minimum Aperture - f22 Dimensions - Diameter 56 x 43mm Weight - 130g Box Contents - Lens Cap(LC-46), Lens Rear Cap(LR-2), Instruction Manual, Olympus Worldwide Warranty Card
