    Has anyone ever seen the 12-40 2.8 pro in silver? I think it might have come that way as a kit lens in Hong Kong, but I can't find any reference or pictures of it. I only ask because I see it being sold on ebay at a ridiculously low price from a seller with very good ratings.

    Thanks,
    w0den

    I think I saw a picture once, probably from an expo, so unclear if they ever sold any.

    In the past week, I also saw someone say that all the 'Pro' lenses are black only... I think that was a blogger talking about the new 7-14mm announcement.

    I've only seen black versions photoshopped to look silver. I just googled silver 12-40 pro and nothing came up.

    The image on the 'silver lens' link;

    [IMG]

    looked like a negative/invert of the black version to me, so I inverted it and played around with levels:

    large_Bildschirmfoto_2014-10-23_um_10.11.48.

    That's all it is. Compare with standard product photo:

    @T N Args@T N Args, your second image isn't showing.

    But I did think the blue dot was really odd, a negative makes sense.

    @T N Args@T N Args, Log out and see if you can still see them; maybe you made it private?

    Don't see the second image either. I do see a yellow band around the front of the first lens?

    @T N Args@T N Args, it still says I don't have permission. Make sure you're setting the image or gallery to public permissions.

    I have finally done it right using the Upload A Photo button. See edited post #6. I hope you can see what I mean now. :)
