I have the 12-50 mm f3.5-6.3 and the 45mm f1.8 Zuiko lenses for my OMD. Nowhere on these lenses does it say where they are made. In contrast my 25 mm f1.4 Panasonic lens clearly states that it was manufactured in Japan. Does anyone know where the Zuiko lenses are made? I find it curious that Olympus does not provide information on the provenance of its lenses.

The only Oly lens I have handy at the moment is a first generation 14-42mm kit zoom with the plastic mount, which is proudly stamped "Made in China" on the mount.

My mcon-po1 box says made in Phillipines.
My 40-150 box says made in China.
And the EPL1 + kit lens box says made in China.
