Olympus glass, old and new

    I discovered, after I added some images to the Oly 12-40 showcase (I removed the offenders), that a few of the images I included were actually taken with my OM 50mm f1.8. As I was looking at the pics I posted, something was nagging at me--I realized it was the bokeh! That shape is decidedly OM. :)

    I was pleasantly surprised at how consistent that beautiful Oly color is, old and new.

    The light is a little different, but that color is delicious, and impressively consistent. I shoot raw, which probably helps. I'm still wowed, however, by the consistency of Olympus glass. That 12-40 certainly does live up to the standards set by its grandparents.

    And one more of that sweet, sweet bokeh.
