    Hi everyone,

I have an Olympus FL-600R and I'm wondering if this flash works on Panasonic bodies (GX7 ). Also, with Panasonic bodies, can you control off-camera flash with the built-in flash like you can do on the OM-D?

    Thank you :)

I use my 600r's on my GH3 with no problems. All wireless controls work as well but older Pana bodies do not have the wireless capability.

I have a Metz flash that is labelled Olympus fit but works fine on my Panasonic too.

    2AA dedicated flash units

Eric seems good to go with his largish flash. For those who favor a small dedicated flash, check out the table I've compiled for 2AA dedicated Oly/Panny-compatible units.

I ordered one from eBay; the Oly 2AA, the FL20. But it never arrived, and PayPal refunded my money. Then I decided to forgo flash and see how I fare with a small kit, high ISO, and software tweaking.
