Olympus FL-300 anyone?

The AF 44-1 looks nice, but it looks like it's not much smaller than the FL-36R, which I already have.

Maybe I'll just stick to my FL-36R and be done with it, lol.

I'd get the Metz AF 44-1 for the same price. Fits in cargo pants pocket, does everything and wirelessly.

Look at this video, the 24 isn't enough smaller to justify losing features over the 44 (imho).

Maybe I'll just stick to my FL-36R and be done with it, lol.

Really, that's the best path if you ask me. Carrying a less capable flash when I have a better one only marginally larger wouldn't cut it for me. The built-in flash on my E-PL2 is rarely used, but that's all the "little" flash I'd want.
