Olympus F.Zuiko 38mm f/1.8 with adapter, hood, caps

    Ships to

Olympus F.Zuiko Auto-S 38mm f/1.8 lens, in great used condition. Comes with an Pen-m4/3 adapter, rear cap, metal screw-in hood and cap. - $140

The Pen F/FT cameras were "half frame" and thus these lenses are an excellent size match for modern m4/3 cameras. The 38/1.8 has a solid metal construction and is very sharp with pleasing bokeh.

I'd say this copy is an 8/10:
    Lens barrel is very clean.
Focus and aperture rings turn smoothly.
No haze or fungus, has a bit of internal dust as with most older lenses.
A few tiny specks/nicks on the rear element coating.
There is some oil on aperture blades, but they still move quickly.
None of these issues seem to have any effect on the final image (see samples below).

This is a fantastic lens, absolutely wonderful on NEX so I imagine it would be great on M43 too...
