It has been awhile since I posted an image here so this one is a fishing boat out on Laguna Madre...taken with an Olympus EPL-7 and kit zoom lens.

Having a play with a new to me epl7... Came from using a phone for camera fairly effectively (second pic sony Xperia Xz1 with no filters) for the last few years but decided to get a decicated camera.. Very impressed, long way to go as I'm new to all this ability to change lenses...

Cross-posted from show Signs thread. This was taken yesterday with PEN E-PL7 and Oly 25mm f 1.8. I don't know offhand which of the Art filters I ran this through. Other than the Art filter, I did no processing of my own.

Joyland looks like it was quite a place, several decades ago. It closed a year or two ago.

Nice series of images...it is much fun to experiment with the EPL-7's art filters for sure. Love this last one of the Joyland sign! Nice find and capture.

Fun to see the EPL7 thread near the top after being away for so long! Still shooting with my trusty EPL7 and 45/1.8 which has not faltered, not once (knock on wood). Between work and work travel I've not had much time to shoot, but will float a few here and there. Still processing in Darktable on Dell's best $300 laptop LCD screen.

I snapped this crossing a bridge while riding passenger during our last move between countries. "Where do we go from here?"

Nice shot...I have been thinking about getting the 45/1.8 lens myself.

My Olympus & kit lens found an alien! He was kind enough to pose for me. LOL

The greens are gorgeous. Did you do much processing on this?
Thanks for the compliment, Bob. Post-processing was minimal. Just some tweaking of the contrast and noise reduction. The fresh green colours are due to the fact that it was late spring and the great evening light.

The lens is optically spectacular but the focal length takes some getting used to. Often too long indoors, and a bit short outdoors, and not wide enough for city shots. Since I’ve used it so much I find myself wanting the 45 1.2 but this is just GAS taking ;)

Edit: and thanks for the compliment!
