Olympus E-P5 Help Needed

I'm not sure if setup on my E-P5 needs changing. But if I have the camera setup to "Tap to display an AF target and focus on the subject in the selected area." I observed the following:

1. Does not focus. I have to half press shutter to focus. If I move the AF target to another subject, won't focus either.
2. Histogram does not display. Cycling through the Fn button does not bring up histogram.
3. Peaking stopped working when AF target box is on the LCD. (I've posted this under Uncle Frank's post).

And everything work as expected if the AF target box is not on the LCD.

Can E-P5 owners out there help me with this? My main issues with me copy are:

1. Tap to focus. This is just not working. Moving the AF target box from one subject to another does not auto focus on the new subject. Had to half press shutter each time to bring subject into focus.
2. Focus peaking does not work while the AF target box is displayed on the LCD.
3. Histogram gone while the AF target box is displayed on the LCD.

Is this considered "normal" behavior? Thanks for helping out.
