I just checked my Amazon order and my delivery estimate is listed as a range:

    Wednesday October 24, 2012 - Monday January 14, 2013

Well, if it turns out to be January 2013, that should give me enough time to get purchase authorization from my wife. Always good before the box shows up on the doorstep. :2thumbs:

Received an update email and my 75/1.8 will be delivered on October 2.

Better start working on a spouse-acceptance strategy!

LOL. When you come up with one, don't keep it to yourself :) .

Every time my wife looks at my shelf, there is another camera sitting there:

See, there's your problem... you can't go leaving them all out like that Amin! I keep mine in a Pelican case - problem solved

I guess I (we) should be grateful for understanding spouses

    Nice shelf!!

I'm thinking of things to say right now also. The 60mm is coming way ahead of my original expected time.. I guess I'll tell her it's for the "ring shot" at her sisters wedding in two weeks..

That is an awesome looking shelf, but that is not helping my situation at all! Convinces me that I need a silver E-M5 to match my silver lenses, and a Bessa film backup for any potential EMP attacks.

Wait, you need to buy a ring flash then too?!
