I was surprised to find that there was no sample image thread for the SWD version--and in fact, I was surprised that there were only a handful of images in the the non-SWD image thread for this lens. I can do something to rectify the latter problem, though I leave it to others to expand the number of images with the non-SWD version.

Anyway, I've only had it for month now and the weather has not been cooperating...so here are only a few shots. Just remember, I'm working with what I've got despite the weather.

All of these are the original colours by the way. There's no saturation increase on any of them. The glass is just that good.

Had a chance to take it out again early yesterday morning while the fog was still clearing:

I'm really looking forward to hiking with it in the coming months. I'll probably leave most of my primes behind: 9-18mm, 25mm, 50-200mm.

Had another opportunity to enjoy this superb lens since it didn't rain today (yes, its weather proof and the EM-5 is weather proof, but I don't have a weather proof adapter just yet).

I love this lens so much... but I simply have too many different photos taken with it to choose one to show here. xP Product photos especially. I have a ton of those taken with the 50-200mm SWD. Also a ton of headshots and bust shots.

Caught some great sailing action from my home this morning. Wish I could get closer to the action though...

Catching these actions was a breeze compared to using the E-M5...

I think I've been shooting more with this lens than the 12-40/2.8! The following shots were taken at the Hong Kong Park. I tried it with the E-M5 before, but couldn't get any of these shots, either because of the slow focus speed or just missing focus when the birds are under the shade. Not anymore...
