So, most would associate this lens with portraits, but I'm not very good at that. I like this lens a lot for landscapes, and specifically for shallow dof-panoramas (Brenizer method).

This is a recent example that I shot a few days ago. Its about 5 vertical shots stitched together. I don't shoot this kind of images a whole lot, but since the 45/1.8 is so small, I almost always keep it in my bag.

Bracketed exposures then merged in LR. I tried using the "Adobe Landscape" profile instead of the usual "Adobe Color" on this one, I like the extra saturation in the shadows but hope it doesn't look too overcooked.

Very beautiful.
I think the edition is very nice, not overcooked.
