I normally use the 60mm f/2.8 lens for macro purposes, I bought this lens for my father as a Christmas present a year or two ago and borrowed it when visiting my parents to try it out. Here are some results

For anyone interested in a comparison with the 60mm lens, here is the last picture taken again with the 60mm lens instead of the 30mm:

Just got this lens. I like it. Handles much better than my 60mm. Here’s some pics I took today.

I haven't used the 30mm macro much since getting it a few years ago. Today, my outdoor plans were rained off, so I had dig through my camera bag for something to keep me entertained. I then looked around for something with fine detail and noticed my wife's Pandora bracelet that our children bought her for a birthday gift earlier this year.....

Has anyone noticed that OM 30mm F/3.5 sunburst has almost biblical properties?

This is a cracking good lens. Nice to use, pleasantly affordable. I have had this on my cam for a couple months now. Been using it for everything. I have been waiting for this mushroom patiently, now after heavy rains they’ve started. This is the first one up. My favourite mushrooms.
