Hi all, I'm thinking of changing my Panasonic 12-60mm (not the Leica version) for an Oly 14-150. Can anyone tell me what the maximum aperture of the 14-150 is at 60mm for comparison? TIA.

I just did that exact same switch.

At 60mm the 14-150 II is already at 5.5.
At 42.5 it's at 5.4.

Not super fast in other words... But I'm happy with the performance so far. I also have the 12-40 f/2.8, so I bought the 14-150 for daytime outdoors photography.

Hi all,

Rather than create a new thread, I thought I'd ask a similar question. Any idea what the maximum aperture is at 135mm is?

I know it will be much slower than my 135mm F/2 prime, but by how much?

Thanks,

Mark

Hi Mark,
You hit 5.6 at 100mm with this lens, so 5.6.
Not fast, but a very nice, versatile, easy to carry lens. I sold my Olympus 12-100 pro and bought this. No regrets at all. If you haven’t already take a look at the showcase thread.

So 3 stops then. From all accounts it seems optically pretty decent and very portable, especially with positive reviews from Wong and Trek.

Thanks for that!
