    Hi Guys ..
For those who are just wondering how BIG is Olympus4/3 14-54 mmII as compared to Olympus 12-50 mm I have these pics for comparasion . Its definitely heavy and big.Once you add grip , OMD becomes a lot more serious tool. But Oly 14-54mm II is the best kit lens money can buy for you .
Here are some comparasion images shot with Iphone4.

That looks great actually. Are they weather sealed at all? I love the aperture range on that lens.

Do you have any comments on the autofocus with the E-M5? I hear it isn't very good?

I have one,too and like it alot. Focus, most of the time, is accurate though slower. But unless your shooting fast moving stuff, you won't miss it. IQ is equal to the 12-35 and even though it's bigger, your not going to pocket a 12-35 anyway. The 12mm is nice to have but so is the extra reach @ 54mm. I posted a thread of some bellydancers a few days ago shot with this lens and bounced flash. I think it is weather sealed if you use the oly MMF-3 adapter.
