Ever since I bought and use my 40-150mm, I've been having a growing addiction for zoom. So now I'm looking into the M.Zuiko Digital ED
    75-300mm f4.8-6.7 which is pretty pricey, $900.

Looking for some reviews from here. It's going to be a while before I actually buy the lens if I decide so.

$900 for a F4.8-6.7 plastic, non-pro (or even semi-pro spec or constant aperture) zoom lens? I wish people wouldn't encourage them by actually buying it.....

I'll take it over the Panasonic 100-300. The Panasonic 100-300 is so big and heavy that I'd rather use my DSLR and my DSLRs 70-300

I'm guessing it's the image stabilisation built into the Panny lenses that makes them so large compared to the Olympus items? Hard to understand why they never used IBIS from the beginning if size/weight was a major criteria....

    $900 is way overpriced IMO.

Yes, I do agree. Which is the only thing that got me questioning whether the job it does is worth the $900.
