Hello does anyone own the Panasonic GH4 and also has the Olympus 40-150 f/2.8 lens? My question is since the lens doesn't have an image stabilization and the GH4 doesn't have in body image stabilization, how hard is it to shoot handheld with this set?

It will be like using an 80-300mm zoom in a FF system. Once you get accustomed to either IBIS or OIS, it's very hard to go back to no image stabilization assistance. I accidentally turned off the IBIS in my E-M10 once and my photography tanked immediately, even using a lens as short as the 12-40.

A general rule, adapted to m43, is to shoot with a shutter speed of 1 / focal length * 2

This means that when you are at 40mm you can get away with slow shutter speed, while the tele end requires up to 1/300s.
Outdoor this is usually not a problem, indoor this often means to rise the ISO quite a bit.
