A new comparison of one of my best older M42 lenses vs. the modern Olympus.

In short: the Olympus is very well balanced and has AF. The Asahi offers more bokeh at F1.4, but is a bit softer and glowy, with F2.8 (looks more similar to F1.8 mft) we get great details, colors and contrast.
