HHHR sunset :) ... I love how much better the HHHR handles the gradience of smooth color shifts in skies.

I always had a fascination with USA, since I was a kid I wanted to live there (I can blame Hollywood and Cartoon Network for that), and as an adult now I'm amazed by the huge biodiversity and landscapes there ... but I wouldn't want to live there these days, it's not an environment I would survive in those concrete jungle and survival of the fittest.

It’s still a good place to visit! Well, maybe not at this exact moment
And those aren’t prerequisites. I don’t live in the concrete jungle... I live in the desert. I could also stand to be a bit fitter lol.

I would still like to visit .. .depending on how expensive it can get though. I would love to see the Olympia National Park and Yosemite National Park at least. What I meant about concrete jungle and survival of the fittest was the more $$$ oriented society.

Bandelier National Monument right outside of Sante Fe New Mexico. This was 8-10 images stitched.

New Mexico had more to offer on our trip there than I expected, beautiful place to visit.

I have some wall space that lends nicely to portrait style landscapes, so every trip I try to snap something interesting portrait style.

Nothing in Landscape naming mentions horizontal in nature :p I love landscapes in horizontal, 1:1 or verticle orientation as well as very odd/unconventional aspects ration.

Scanned from a slide it took back in the 1960s. Our property, now an open cut coal mine near Moura, Queensland.
