I have this 47" Octabox (http://ebay.to/1ONyRIL) which I use for my Speedlights/flashes. As you can see it is somewhat similar to Westcott Apollo in that it has a zipper at the bottom, used to feed through the lightstand's pole.

I am thinking of getting the smaller, 32" Octabox (similar to my existing 47" one).

As you can see these octaboxes don't have the opening at the back (and so there is speedring used in them). So the AB 800 is going to be compeletly inside the octabox.
I am wondering if I can use these Octaboxes with AlienBees (like the B800) strobes?
Knowing the strobe is going to be positioned inside the octabox, will it have difficulty venting/catching fire, etc.... Or will I be fine using these octaboxes with strobes as well.

Reason why I like these Octaboxes is the fact that I can use them with my speedlights as well.
