Nikon "G" Lenses via adapter question

I was under the impression (perhaps incorrectly) that any "G" branded nikon lenses (basically means no aperture ring is present) could not be used with the :43: nikon adapter ring. Today I ran across this: MFTNIK Novoflex MFT/NIK Adapter Connects Nikon Lenses to Micro Four Thirds Camera Bodies ("G" & All Other Non-G Lenses)

Does anyone have any experience this this adapter ring and specifically it's use with "G" branded nikon glass?

    Do you loose metering?

Is aperture and shutter speed data still displayed?

Do all lenses fit? I also ran across this review at B&H:
Novoflex | Nikon to Micro Four Thirds Lens Adapter | MFT/NIK

Sorry if this has been covered before, I did a quick scan of the boards but didn't see anything but could have easily missed something... Any help would be greatly appreciated:biggrin:

AFAIK On any adapted lens (except 4/3) you'll not get aperture displayed, unless you have a ring on the lens of course - the camera cannot detect the aperture.

You'll always be able to meter, as the sensor is always working off whatever the aperture is set at, and that won't change when a shot is taken.
