[EXPIRED] Nikon CoolScan Slide Scanner V, 5000 or 9000 ED

    For several years I used a Coolscan 5000 and a Coolscan 4000 side by side. In theory, the 5000 should have had just a little more dynamic range and therefore should have extracted a little more from the film, but experience showed no discernible difference between the two.

    I suggest you might also look for a Coolscan 4000 which may be easier to find and could save you some money.
