Showcase Nikkor 300/4.5 Ai

    Nikon made several versions of the 300mm lens. I picked this near mint copy a couple of months ago for $160. I have not any nicer ones at the local camera stores since.

    Start looking soon, the price on manual Nikkor lenses appears to be rising with the release of the new Nikon DSLR. I was out shopping around and saw another 300 that was much less than mint selling for $60 more than I paid for mine. My other favorite Nikkors to use with u4/3 are the 105/2.5 and the 55/2.8 Micro. The 50/1.8 is also good.

    They are no longer as cheap as they were a few years ago.. Got a copy from Japan for $170
    Just tried it with the E-M1
