Had my E-P1 for a week, thought I would travel "light" and just throw on the Panny 20mm and get some night-life photos in a neighbor wartering hole. Shot everything RAW and used Silver EFex Pro in Aperture to convert to B&W. I am really enjoying the smallish form factor of the Oly PEN compared to the size of my D90.

nice going fox: love the shots. My kid is in a metal group and I did same thing. I had iso up to 3200 and came out not too bad. Great shots with rich black and whites.

    thanks for sharing these.

Nice going kilofox - the gritty monos suit the scene and the IS has held up well (0.4 sec for one shot). Looking forward to my 20 arriving - these pics are re-assuring.

Adding my voice to the group's to say thanks for these - and for sharing that you use Aperture and the Silver Efex, too. Love the quality you've gotten and it just goes to show once again that its both the camera, the person behind it and maybe a little bit of "pp", thrown in.

Your first two are my favorites - and there's something about that martini glass that really gets to me... Honestly the reflective qualities off the glass in all shots is super!
