    Interesting! Are the travel badges included in the cost of transiting the particular canal or are they purchased separately? How many years did it take to acquire them all? (Just curious) :smile:

    Sorry, no idea, I've never done any canal travelling. It was moored near a Tesco's and nobody was on it (I presume they were in Tesco's) when I passed by.

    It could be the boat hasn't actually been to these canals but I think it probably has. The boat wasn't actually the size of a full barge so it is feasible that they could transport it by road.
    I don't know what these badges are called, because going by a search they don't appear to be called badges.

    Maybe someone else will see these who is familiar with what they are actually called and how they are obtained.
    Looking at the controls it appears this boat has been around for a while, it looks well used. :biggrin:

    Great find!

    I tried medallion, shield, emblem, badge and couldn't find a thing. I suppose I should have grabbed a copy of Roget's.
