Hehe, they will post their versions soon. I am sure theirs will be better because they all had Olympus OMDs in various configurations   I had major equipment envy

Are you crazy! I was there and I don't have a single shot that compares with any of yours. It was definitely a much more colorful walk for you Steven! Now I am nervous about posting any pictures.

I love the picture with the yellow double line in the center. In fact, all of them are great.

Some are showing up as 'Content Protected by Owner'

The Bee/Flower shot and the Spice Stall are my faves. The double-yellow lines into the distance is also cool.

Well done. Can't wait to see some more :)

Yes, that's the one that comes as kit with some GX1 and GF3/5 kits. First two photos were actually taken with Panasonic 20mm/1.7 on a different day, but they fit the theme :)

Ok.. I have that lens as well and love it.. contrary to some other folks opinion about it.. I have heard good and bad, but the photos you just posted will put the doubters to ask questions.. I have the 14-45 as well and both are sharp IMHO..

Interesting and enjoyable set. One thing, I'll bet the "Du the math" is a play on Dimension U who would be seem to be the sponsor. I think Dimension U is a math learning video game.

    Another Take on NYC...

Great set, Steven! I especially like the Brooklyn shots at top. You captured the mood of the day well.

It was a bright, sunny mid-day adventure with challenging, high contrast light. Here are some of mine - Subway shots are using Computar 12.5mm (some cropping out the vignetting, others not, others are either Oly 45 (with ND filter) or Oly 40-150mm.

great variation of pics , well done

There is no need of equipment envy, its the person pressing the shutter that makes the picture

Gus, you are too kind  I like your interesting processing on the skyscraper photo, and the dreamy looking pile of spices (flicker doesnt want to show that photo anymore?) .

Thanks Tom! You are right, the lighting was challenging. I ended up lightening up the shadows in most of the photos in Lightroom. Not sure if that was the best thing to do. Yours probably look closer to what it was really like.
I didn't realize you had gotten so many cool people shots. Nice! :2thumbs:
