New York in B&W With Lumix G1

    Nice work! Do you find this works better then shooting in raw and doing the pp in lightroom or Photoshop?

  4. Thanks you. I agree without the sky this shot does't mean much. I waited for a cloudy day to do our walk on Brooklyn Bridge to take this shot.

  5. I never gotten into Lightroom feaver, because I like one stop editing. PS serves me right in that regard.

    I hear Lightroom gotten a bit better accepting certain plug-ins etc, I still don't think that it is enough for me to get convinced to play between two programs.

    Lumix's B&W are awsome. I sometimes like shooting an entire day in B&W. As a project. Like in the old film era.

    Otherwise, shooting only in color and doing your own conversions is the best way to go.
