    The 15mm has an external aperture ring?

    Yes! Haven't heard about how it will play with existing bodies in aperture priority mode though.

    It looks to me as if the 15 is almost as big as the 25. That's hardly a pancake. It's not huge, but not a pancake.

    The way he's holding it makes the comparison more difficult, as he hasn't lined the lens mounts up. The PL15 is 'flatter' at the lens mount and at the front, whereas the PL25 has a front and back that narrows but extends out. The 'fat' area in the middle is similar, making the seem similar in size in the shot.

    It's more obvious in the comparison with the 12-32 pancake, where he has lined the lens mounts up. It's basically a pancake with an extra aperture ring and hood bayonet mount in front, comparable in size to the O17 f/1.8, maybe slightly wider.
