I started my Micro 4/3 usage with a Olympus E-PL1 with the normal kit lens and bought a 40-150mm Olympus on a sale direct from Olympus. Have several cards, 4 batteries, a case and really would like the VF-2 for focusing in bright light. I still own and shoot Nikon with a D2x, D200, D700 and D600 with way too many lenses ranging from 12mm to a 300mm 2.8 with 70-200mm 2.8 VR, 80-200mm 2.8, 300 f4, 85mm 1.8 (2 of them), 50mm 1.8. I really like the Olympus and can not fault the jpegs direct from the camera. It is so much easier to carry weight wise.
I hope to contribute here as I can.

    Welcome to the forum.

Many members here use Nikons as well as Micro Four Thirds. It's a good group. Your input is welcome.

Thanks all for the welcome. Carhound, it is indeed Rock Chalk. I got my law degree from KU and go to as many games as I can.

Don't get me started on Kansas - I just today received a shoddily packed lens with a defect in the aperture mechanism that was undisclosed from a seller in Iola, Kansas.

For being a hospitable enough environment that this person was able to survive there. In New York or California, this type of individual would be eaten alive.

Give me a break, Kansas is responsible for one bad transaction. I guess California is responsible for the Manson killings and New York is all bad because of Son of Sam serial killers. Sorry but I know no one in Iola, probably really do not even know where it is and do not think I have ever been there. So being hospitable is a bad thing. Where you from Dougjgreen? Let me see if I have ever had a bad experience there. :)
