New camera?

    If anyone is technology-challenged like I am, a new camera purchase usually involves much fumbling around with camera menus. At some point it involves diving into the (dare I say it) ... Owner's Manual. :eek:

    At the risk of stating something that may be perfectly obvious and practiced by others, I've downloaded the Adobe PDF reader app for my smartphone and copied my GX1 Owner's Manual to the SD card in my smartphone. I now have the manual with me all the time.

    Or you can probably download the manual direct to your smartphone from the website of your camera too.

    These type of files are the main reason I use Dropbox: I have access to them werever I can go online. Next to that, local copies are on my phone and iPad.
