New attachment inserts?

Is this just me?...when I'm trying to insert an image into a thread I'm asked to upload from file as before, but then I am asked to click insert twice to add to the post...why do we now have to double click?...seems a wasted function

I was using an addon to suppress the option to insert a thumbnail sized image instead of a full image. So the second step was redundant. I've now removed that addon since it was confusing. So now the second step asks if you want thumbnail or full image.
