New 60mm macro firmware

Has anyone downloaded the new firmware for the 60mm macro, any differences the description is a bit vague?

Yes, I have 1.1. Improves MF operation apparently. It is working perfectly.

Thanks, ill have to download it and test it out, shame it didn't stop the autofocus hunting as much

Mine doesn't hunt. Do you have S-AF set?

60mm (being a macro) is not know for it's blazing fast AF, especially if not used for pure macro purposes. Setting of the distance dial in a desired way helps a ton. Touch screen focus (on newer bodies) as well.
