    Got a Fuji X-Pro1 :)

However I still need something for weekend adoption pics INSIDE Petsmart.

The GH2, 20mm, ISO 1600 to keep the shutter speed up, works great.

But I don't need an EVF or 16M or uber-video for this.

So I am selling my GH2 and all my lenses except for the 20mm.

E-PL1 is about $150 body only. Would that with the 20mm work well? Need
acceptable ISO 1600 at small sizes for the web.

    E-PL1 + 20mm seems more than fine.

I would tend to lean towards the E-PM1 instead of the PL1, myself. Faster AF will help with those wriggly little puppies, and I don't care what anyone says -- the PM1 is better in low light.

I am not up to speed on the PEN's, that's why I am asking :)

I found the PL1 body only but the PM1 was with a lens so more $$.

There is a AF speed advantage with the PM1? The GH2 is plenty speedy (the X-Pro1 is not) so I don't want to take too big a hit in the speed department.

Epl1 with the 20 is pretty slow but the 20 is a slow lens anyway.

The advantage of the EPM1 is the af assist light, the epl1 doesn't have that.

I doubt you'll need the AF assist light in a pet store though.

The E-PM1, E-PL3, and E-P3 all have faster AF than the previous gen(s) Pen cameras.

While the E-PL1 is dirt cheap and still has very very good image quality, the lack of any dial really killed usability (for me).

Dials not a deal breaker here, I just set f/1.4, speed auto, iso 1600 and leave it there. Don't have time to fiddle around with settings with 30 new critters at a time to shoot.

Think I am going to give the E-PL1 a shot, like u said, dirt cheap.

    Thx all.

Check out the E-PL2 if you can find any good deals on it (tough to say as it's often in the same price range as the E-PM1, and just as valuable). The E-PL2 has more buttons and a firmer grip than the E-PM1, plus double the screen resolution, faster AF speed, faster response time, an actual turn dial, and cleaner high-ISO over the E-PL1. The E-PM1 is a totally different camera, but the E-PL2 is the E-PL1 done right.

I'd get a E-PL1/25mm 1.4 instead of the 20 1.7/E-PM1. The combo should price out the same!

    Already have a 20mm

Will look out for the E-PL2 as I am in no rush

Maybe a trade, used E-PL2 body only + cash for used GH2 body only?

    What would be fair, $200?
