So my Nikon 50mm lens acts as a 100mm lens on the 4/3 camera.

When buying a native (in my case panasonic) lens do I still do that math? So is a 12 - 35 or is it really a 24 - 70?

    Thanks

Just get to know the field of view as it relates to focal length on your u43 camera and forget about crop factor. 12-35 is wide to long normal/short tele. 50 is short tele. That's all that matters.
