There's a ton of u4/3 bodies, and almost 60 chunks of glass specifically made for them. That means there are about a billion combinations of cameras and lenses... some beautiful and some butt ugly. Let's see what your rig looks like. I'm calling this a beauty contest, but for gearheads, it's a porn show. The runway's open, so strut your stuff.

I don't have either so I can't add a photo, but I would say it would have to be the E-M5 (in either silver or black) and the Nokton 25mm

Is this restricted to just "glass specifically made for them"?

Yes. There's an identical thread on the adapted lenses forum. That's where I stole the idea for this one.

Here are a couple with m4/3 class:

Nothing special, never been that much into product shots. But I love the look and handling of the Richard Franiec grip.

I do like how this one came out.

the real shame in this is that you need another nice camera setup to see the real beauty.

Ha. Probably the most common use of people's 'backup body'.

I've always had a backup camera. Part of my plan in buying a new camera is to demote my current one to backup status and sell the current backup camera. It's insurance, and it allows me to take pictures of my gear... something I love doing.

Cameta offers the factory refurbished pl2 for $169. It would make a great backup camera.

Well for me it was either my cell phone or one of my Nikon, I didn't opt for the phone.

  15. The best looking combination that I can think of in my head is a silver E-P1 with black leatherette and mounted with the Oly 12mm. Visually I like the E-P1 over the E-P2 and E-P3 because of the lower deck height (due to the lack of accesory port) and the cleaner, recessed mode dial compared to the E-P3.

Is that Olympus hood or third party on that oly 45mm? I'd like to get one but don't want to get poor quality or too pricey, so something in between.

This is a "cheap" third party - I think the original is too big and too expensive

It is not high-grade quality - but ok

I have the cheap straight one to, but this LIM´s makes the lens feel much more
pro and it´s not that expensive either.
    LIM%b4s_45mm_01__.
It makes the lens fit much better on both black and silverbodies i think.
