If you want as small a case as possible, I find that the Manfrotto Nano VIi will hold the EM 10 with the Pany 20mm f1.7 attached or with the Oly 45mm f 1.8 attached. This is a classy case and gives a good deal of protection from bumping and banging but I am not sure about whether it would give sufficient protection if it were dropped. If I use the Nano VII then I put the second lens in a small lens case in a slacks pocket. I am very pleased with this case because it is so small yet well made.

I suspect that the EM5 would fit into the Nano VII but I think the EM1 would be too large. All the EPL and EP series would likely fit easily. I don't know about the Panasonic cameras since don't own any,

When I want a larger case that will take the EM10 and a lens or two, I use the Mirrorless Mover 10, a very high quality case with lots of thick padding, that might well protect the camera even if the case were dropped.. But it is much much larger than the Nano VII.
