Quite imaginative. It is interesting how you combined strong graphical elements with more fluid waves. The colours for water were well chosen to match the image. The filter you used looks somewhat like cutout filter, but it is more likely some proprietary filter that provides greater detail than cutout. Care to share?

My Digital Age photos might fit this thread. John King thought there was "something wrong" with them when I first posted them, lol. But they are just OOC JPEGs if I remember correctly. I don't even have RAW files for them unfortunately. I was young then, it was mid-2007, so I had a camera not even for 3 years at that point, so I didn't know anything and this was the result.

sorry for the delay.
The photo was done using Topaz Studio 2, Acrylic filter if I recall right.
